“I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. “Easy to find location. I grew up with a vacation home around the corner, which is why i chose this place. Walk to the village within minutes for shops, restaurants and grocery store. Place was clean and presented well. Not sure why the screen room was missing its screen or why the top level tv room lights didnt work. As for the entry door step, i suggest for safety reasons you add another 2x4 for a little more length for stepping out of the doorway. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.……

“We were initially booked for a short stay while waiting for our escrow to close. Everything that could go wrong-did go wrong with escrow; the only saving grace was this VRBO!!! The owner worked with us every step of the way, and even made sure we had everything for the extended stay we would need. Besides every picture you see of the house and outside is SPOT ON. Beautiful place and really cozy for those lazy evening watching TV. Side Note: I’ve stayed at all different VRBO’s from this coast……

It was the closest thing to having a white Christmas in California, as it was perfectly located by the lake and village. We loved the piano, game room, high vaulted ceilings, and fireplace. We really enjoyed the amenities with the hot and cold plunge tubs and the sauna in a scenic backyard as well as the quiet street, modern facilities and location to some great hikes and the rest of arrowhead. “This is a great property. Everything is labeled and easy to find. We loved the indoor sauna, and the game room was perfect to cozy up and pull out a puzzle or read. We also loved the surprise of a bird feeding station complete with birdseed and peanuts. The birds were fed well on our watch. Also a telescope! We cooked breakfast and grilled steaks, the surrounding area is very convenient. We also got lake access and walked 1.2 miles along the lake, from the village to the house.
