“The hosts were very communicative and Jess met us on arrival. The space was clean and warm upon our arrival. When I told her that I was excited for the stay especially because there was a hot tub, she told me that the hot tub was not available thru the winter (I missed that disclaimer in their listing). I think she saw right away that I was disappointed. She and Dan then went over and above to make sure we could use the hot tub after all. They treated (shocked) it and got it up to temperature……

“We ended up having 5 adults and 4 children in our group. The home was cozy and we had plenty of room. In my opinion the kitchen was the only downside to this property. We were there for Christmas and stayed inside. Could have used bigger variety of cookware and the dishwasher doesn't work.”

“You can’t beat this house for its proximity to public transportation, Macalester College and charming neighborhoods! My only caveat is that this 3rd floor space has very narrow stairs with a tight turn on the 2nd floor landing. Folks with bulky hard luggage might find it awkward to maneuver those stairs.”

“Fresh and clean! Nice space. Quiet neighborhood. Its a new listing so there was a little confusion communicating with host initially but host very responsive after that.”
