“This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over in the front yard. The kitchen floor had stick down vinyl that was coming up every where. There were barely any silverware and dishes in the kitchen. There weren't any instructions anywhere in the house……

“We loved staying here. It was mat perfect, but it was great having so many beds. The living space is small, but as pictured. The only down fall to the experience was parking situations. The host told us we could park basically all the way to through the back yard and noted there was a decent sized pad to park on, but the neighbors cars were parked there and we weren’t able to fit other cars on the parking pad because of it. Luckily we were able to find street parking near the house. Definitely……

Galley kitchen w sink, oven, full fridge, fully supplied. 7 min drive to Regions Hospital. 3 min drive to YMCA. Owner very nice and responsive. Neighborhood felt a bit sketchy but never had any problems even when needing to come/go after dark. I would definitely stay here again. ”
