“Prepaid for property over 2 months ago. Showed up close to midnight on day we were supposed to stay. There were people in the property . Messaged property management, had to go find hotel rooms at midnight. Ended up having to rent 2 hotel rooms for entire stay, costing us more money. Full refund was issued but apparently property was double booked.”
