“One of our lights between the beds does not work. Debbie (the only person working here tonight), was so kind and tried her best to help. She even brought a different bulb up to our room and was able to put it in (though quite difficult). The switch is apparently broken. ”

“Everything was wonderful at this 4 Star lakeside hotel! The staff, the rooms, 2 pools (indoor & outdoor) 2 restaurants, 2 bars...& the view of the lake! “Hospitable owner/operator was very hospitable and helpful during our stay for AirVenture 2025. Added touches were donuts, fresh fruit and cookies/coffee available. Many restaurants and some shops close by. Room were clean and beds comfortable. Better than anticipated stay! ”
