“The orange door cottage is about 20 min driving to the Yosemite Park South entrance. It is also close to the town for dinning and gas. If you get up early in the morning walking around, you will find peace in nature. The cottage is clean and well maintained. The door of the cottage is painted in orange color to distinguish from other ones nearby. We enjoyed staying in the Orange door cottage!”

“This cabin was wonderful. The hosts have really thought about everything guests need to feel at home and welcome. It is truly a place that feels homey.”

“We had a great stay at Yosemite’s Shangri-La. The property was perfect for our needs. It is a great spot for a family or mix of friends. The last 1/4 mile to the driveway is pretty bumpy and unpaved, but if you go slow there shouldn't be a problem navigating/ staying safe (which is no reflection on the home, just FYI if you are renting a vehicle, we would recommend an SUV over a small or sport car). We appreciated that they posted a request for no shoes in the house. The sunset was beautiful……

“Rustic and nice- quiet & nice location with lovely deck. Check out hike to waterfall where trailhead sign is. Only thing but not an issue for us as all adults, 3br is located below with separate entrance. ”

“We spent Christmas here and had a great time! The hosts were very responsive and informative. The check-in and check-out was very easy. They provided us with tons of towels. We would just recommend having less trash because the dumpster was always full. ”
