“We were so happy to get a space close enough to Yosemite and Bass Lake. Although we were never there, it was a perfect accommodation for morning coffee and sleep. If you need a place to crash, with a bit of glamping, this is your spot! ”

“We had a great stay at Yosemite’s Shangri-La. The property was perfect for our needs. It is a great spot for a family or mix of friends. The last 1/4 mile to the driveway is pretty bumpy and unpaved, but if you go slow there shouldn't be a problem navigating/ staying safe (which is no reflection on the home, just FYI if you are renting a vehicle, we would recommend an SUV over a small or sport car). We appreciated that they posted a request for no shoes in the house. The sunset was beautiful……

“Very nice quiet place to get away, but also convenient to local Oakhurst stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend. ”

“Excellent stay. I really don't want to say anything negative as we really enjoyed the location and privacy at this cabin. Ammenities were excellent and the host was very helpful with instructions and communicating as needed. Warm during the day and this time of the year it was difficult if not impossible to keep the temps down in the cabin even with all the fans working. Listing mentions the cabin featured an "evaporative cooling system"...was not working. Was only a factor in the daytime……

“From the moment we arrived, my husband and I absolutely fell in love with this house and property. The house was so inviting and we felt right at home as we walked in and saw fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Every detail was so appreciated and we cannot wait to go back. Julie was awesome and quickly responded to any questions we had. Looking forward to our next stay!”

The house was nestled in a community that was very peaceful and lent to wonderful evening walks after dinner. The easy access to Yosemite South Gate was perfect!
