“The hotel was modern and relatively new. We experienced some issues with our shower not being cleaned prior to our stay. That was not very pleasant. The customer service was good to resolve this issue. We received a refund of our car parking for our entire stay and some snacks and water. The hotel facilities were good. There seems to be a shortage of staff so we had our breakfast in the hotel next door by arrangement. This was explained to us in advance. The quality and choice of breakfast needs……
