“Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment.”

“I was very impressed with this cute little downtown apartment right by the historic district (we walked to restaurants a number of times). It was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated with all of the extras, like a 5 star hotel. We’ll be booking this one again! The owner was perfect in communication and very kind.”

“Cute apartment with friendly neighbors. No microwave, but had a toaster oven that I used as well as stove and coffee maker. Manager is very kind and helpful. I had a fall in Youngstown and fractured my ankle and had to stay a couple of extra days. Everyone was fantastic in helping and checking on me. I was truly blessed! It could have turned bad very quickly.”

My son left his brand new Iphone 15 thr during our stay for Thanksgiving and the property managers still have not returned it to us. After contacting them several times and them saying they was going to mail it out here it is Jan and we still have have no phone. It was not like I was asking them to pay for it.
