“We were pleasantly surprised that the rental was exceptionally clean and had great access to the river. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking items. No need to bring much. Although we were not there long, we enjoyed all the luxury items offered. The exterior had a great table to play cards at and watch the sunset. My husband liked being able to walk to the dock area to fish or the boat ramp to wade in to fly fish. We will book this place now every time we decide to visit the……

“Pictures don’t do this place justice. A beautiful home in a perfect location. We had a family of 7 and all slept well. Plenty of beds and bedding. Wi-Fi worked great ”

“Directions given by the host were spot on, maps on the phones will get you close but sometimes they add a few extra turns, so definitely take notes from the host. The house was quite a bit bigger than we expected. The appliances were all functioning and the furniture was in good working order. Our absolute favorite spot was the back porch which overlooks the creek. “We had an amazing time here. We were planning on doing a lot of fishing but mother nature didnt allow us the best time due to high water levels . The house was beautiful, I got to do some great front porch sitting. The views were beautiful. Close enough to Branson to visit a day. We found a couple amazing resteraunts close. Do need a higher vehicle with 4 wheel drive to get there. Couple steeper gravel hills to go up and down. The owner got back with me on any questions before we got there in……

“Our family had a great stay at Idle Awhile! You can tell that this cabin has been built with love and, frankly, a lot of talent. The Murphy bed was handmade, and the woodwork throughout the cabin totally floored me. “My husband and I, my brother and his wife and grandson as well as my parents stayed in this beautiful cabin during the weekend of Dora High School graduation. My great niece graduated and we had such a great time after at the cabin. We al gathered around the fire pit for hot dogs and smores . It truly was wonderful!! From brother and his family live in Indiana so we don’t get to visit as often as we like but there are already plans in the making to return to the cabin for another family retreat……
