There was obviously a lot of attention to detail when it was remodeled and it had all the appropriate amenities, even a complimentary bottle of wine. Chris was very responsive to any inquiries. The hot tub in the screened in area at the rear was a plus. Very comfortable beds .I highly recommend.”

“Beautifully renovated home; appears to have been professionally decorated. Extremely clean. The kitchen was fully supplied, including spices! The floor plan was very desirable for us, with the master suite on the opposite end from bedrooms 2 and 3.The pool area had ample outdoor seating and dining. The loungers were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and provided a peaceful retreat. Overall, our experience was exceptional!”

“Our family had a mostly enjoyable stay at this vacation house. The house itself is nice and offers some great features. The canal outback was a definite highlight, especially for the kids who loved watching the alligators. The large TVs in some rooms were a plus, and my bed was incredibly comfortable. However, we did encounter some challenges during our stay. The temperature control throughout the house was inconsistent, with some rooms being too warm due to lack of air conditioning. We also……

“House was Great, Pool Was Great but while outside around the pool the neighbor to the North was VERY rude and yelling at us. Calling us names (swearing at us) and even threating to shoot us. We will be filing a police report. Hopefully the property manager or the owner of the house will get his issue under control before he really does shoot a guest. ”

“Only complaint was never got a code for electronic lock. Had to use key in lock box. Everything else was amazing. ”
