“We had a very nice stay over the holidays. This is a great rental house for families. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area; we used the pool many times. The house had everything we needed, and there were no concerns with safety, though being mindful of pool safety. The house had no steps, which was helpful for our multi-generation crew. We did not need to contact the owner/manager during our stay, but he responded quickly when I had questions during the booking process.”

“We had a great time with our 2 families. The pool and spa area was very lovely. The tv outside was awesome. We spent most of our time out back. I would’ve only added a comfy outdoor couch. There were many kitchen supplies for us to cook meals at the house which made it feel like being at home. Our kids had a great time and it was also nine not having neighbors out back either. It kept things very private. Alicia was very accommodating and communicative. We would go back. ”

Sehr viele Vögel waren dort unterwegs und die Golfer störten uns gar nicht. Die Vermieter Pat und Jack kümmerten sich gut um uns. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einer Dusche. Jack kam am nächsten Tag und half uns.”

“My young family of 5 and my in-laws young family of 3 stayed at this property to visit grandparents in Rotunda. The entire process was easy and straight forward. The host was communicative before our trip and during as the outdoor tv needed replacing (we hardly noticed the defect but the host was quick to make changes when those things occurred). They have a nice binder to refer to for any questions/recommendations during our stay (example - things to do, restaurants they like, etc!). The house……

“The house had a nice layout for family use. The living room had lots of seating and space.Kitchen supplies were okay, but short on silverware. Just enough paper products to get us started. Beds could use updated mattresses and pillows. The bedding and towels were quite nice. The pool area was the highlight! ”
