“Melanie and Gary were great from moment we reserved the annex for a last minute long weekend. The annex is a suite of 2BRs, kitchen and bath w/a lovely patio where u can grill. When I noticed that there wasn't a hairdryer as advertised, Melanie immediately ordered one to be delivered. Everything we needed was available. Location great for exploring Litchfield county.”

“The host was very kind and responsive, which we truly appreciated. However, the house was not properly cleaned. There were a lot of flies inside, the basement had a strong musty smell, and the hot tub water was untreated and had a bad odor, With better cleaning, maintenance, and care for the house the stay could have been much more pleasant.”

“This cozy cottage is exactly as listed and so much more! It is very spacious inside and was immaculate. The hostess left us waters and snacks which was a nice touch when we arrived. The firepit was so nice to enjoy on a chilly night. The house was situated very close to White Memorial Conservation Center and to downtown Litchfield. It was simply perfect and we will definitely be back.”

“We were in town for our daughter’s white coat ceremony at Quinnipiac. We were located in a good area with easy access to the campus and restaurants. The house was clean and met our needs. Our host was responsive to all our questions. ”

“Close to new milford and Washington, this is easy to find with great instructions. The beds were incredibly comfortable with plenty of room throughout the entire property. The amount of space here is perfect. There are board games, TV, and great views if you just like to enjoy nature. Great lighting throughout the house and b outside. Plenty of good reading spots. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with appliances, utensils, plates, cups, towels, soaps, etc. The owners have……
