“Transferring ownership of our reservation with the resort was not handled well”

“A weekend getaway in Hershey to watch state basketball championships. The property was just as advertised. The unit itself was clean modern and well equipped. The check-in process was smooth and informative. We didn't spend much time at the property or partake of any of the other amenities.
