“It was easy to contact and stay in contact if there was any questions or issues. The property was very clean, cozy and home like. The parking was a bit of a hike but not that bad. My bigges complaint was at check in the security guard was more worried about who she was texting than checking anyone in. Upon my late arrival to Cleveland/Little Italy via the red line from Hopkins Airport the walk to the location was easy to get to if youve been here before. Downsides, one way tiny streets and limited parking.
