“We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was so comfy and had everything anyone could need. The view was spectacular. We loved the wrap around deck and fire pit.Our hosts left us great instructions and suggestions, we can’t wait to return. ”

“Yes, the ocean view was fantastic. Several steep stairs to get into the house. There wasn't a home guide at the house and we had to reach out to the owner to get the guide send electronically. We enjoyed the hot tub. That said, not sure how the house could sleep 12; there are only three bedrooms - a pull out couch in the sunroom and the man cave should not be considered bedrooms. While some aspects of the house are being updated; other areas are in need of repair/updating (the ice maker;……

“We were so charmed by this place, it is a sweet and quiet green house nestled into a few trees on a small hill. Perfect location, short drive to point Reyes station. The house had everything we needed and more, we cooked breakfast in the morning and found it so cozy, it was hard to leave! Will definitely stay again!”

“Absolutely loved our stay at this Bodega Bay beach house! The view of the ocean right outside the window and just down the hill was breathtaking. The open layout of the house made it feel so spacious and welcoming. The hot tub and steam room were the perfect touches for relaxing after a day of exploring the coast. Peaceful, clean, and everything we needed for a perfect getaway—can’t wait to come back!”

“One of the best house rental stays we have had. The house is even better than described. So thoughtfully decorated for beach fun and comfort. Beautiful lighting throughout the house, especially in the living room. The primary bedroom has indoor shutters so you can sleep through the bright morning, or nice sun shades so you can let the sun in as desired. The primary bed is electric and raises to your preference, there is even a zero gravity setting. We played scrabble by the fire on colder……

“This is a nice place! It's a good size room, with a nice view and has some good places to eat close by. The Birds Cafe and Fishetarian are great! The only issue is the shower has no door or curtain, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. Despite that, I would stay here again. ”

“We are a family of 4 visiting from Northern Virginia. We wanted a peaceful retreat to explore the Point Reyes area. We found a peaceful cabin with a stunning view. We were thrilled to see deer and birds out the large window overlooking Tomales Bay. ”

Parking tight and felt like we were intruding on the dilapidated house in front. A bit of a trek bringing suitcases and supplies in from the back alley and into the backyard to the back of the house. Beds were comfortable and the houses was well-suited for our two children and two small dogs. ”

“It was the second stay this time, and got upgraded to a newly decorated room, very stylish;) Nicest shower, large marble counter with two sinks, etc. They might want to consider curtains in addition to the blinds due to location near stairs light. But there were two beds so could meet that in different ways. Then if you dont know Occidental; its a hidden charming town in the mountains just off the beaten trail (aka highway One;), complete with super restaurants and charming stores, just perfect!……

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
