It took me lots of time to find out that i should have received a password for the safe box to get my room key, however, i did not receive anything. Luckily the receptionist at IBIS budget was helpful and helped to call. And we finally got into our room after more than an hour late at night.... The room was dark, old, and small. I recommend……
