“This place was a great house on the canal. Was well stocked and just had a cozy feel. Beds were great and loft was perfect for the grandkids. We would definitely like to stay here again.”

“Overall the house was really great, quiet location right on the beach. Very quiet area and great access to the beach. Only issue we had was that every time we used the stove or oven it would set off the smoke detector in the kitchen, even under normal cooking conditions with the vent hood on.”

“Love this place!! We’ll definitely return. The hosts seem to be pretty busy, this isn’t a chain of vacation of rentals but someone’s actual vacation home! It does take a while to get a response from the hosts —this is not their full time jobs. But the home is so well stocked that it’s not an issue at all! Everything you need is provided at the house. The beds are so comfortable, the furniture are also high quality. It does not feel like this vacation rental took the route of cheaper alternatives……

“Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.”

“Gwen's house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The view is outstanding and the house is well equipped for staying in for cooked meals. The only downside was the stairs. In the listing, only one small set of stairs is visible. There is another whole staircase before the small one. It might be helpful to others if they are aware of this. One of the members in our group was over 80 years old and it was a little difficult at times. It's quite hard to haul a full cooler up too! (The cooler could……

“This was our 2nd time staying here with our dog and really the only thing that would make it better than a 10 would be a king size bed in the loft! This cabin is perfect in every other way, quiet, peaceful and the views are fantastic! It's been well stocked every time we've been here. Beach access is steps away and is perfect. Thank you for sharing your cabin! We'll be back!”

“This beach property was great for an older women's group beach trip. It was in an easy-to-get-to location and had multiple vehicle parking near the front door to haul luggage and bags back and forth. It was clean, had a nice layout, was comfortable, had updated appliances, and was fully stocked. We used the relaxing hot tub and fire pit in the fenced backyard and could hear (but not see) the roar and crashing waves of the ocean. “Staying at this property again was an absolute dream. Better than I remembered it from four years ago. The house is very comfortable, stocked with necessities, clean, and has the best view and property. It feels so secluded and quiet. We had such a amazing time relaxing and going to the beach. I know it's early on in the season but the hose on the side of the house wasn't working, so it was a little difficult to rinse our feet when coming back from the beach. It wasn't a con for the trip at all……

“Rocks Cabin was the perfect place to celebrate a quiet & cozy birthday. The location was great and the beach views are amazing. Watching a couple early spring storms roll in, snuggled up by the wood stove, with a glass of wine and a good book was just how I wanted to celebrate. And my doggo loved walking down to the beach to investigate all the good beachy smells. Thanks for making sure we had a doggo specific towel too ( for after he took a little splash in a mud puddle!) I will 100% be coming……

“Rustic cottage at its finest. Great getaway for a couple. All amenities were thought of and the space is simple and wonderfully decorated. Hot tub, fireplace and lots of charm. Beautiful scenic view overlooking Pacific beach. Only a 5 min drive for a walk on the beach. Close to Seabrook Village for quaint shopping and grocery needs. We look forward to staying again in the future.”

“The amenities were on point. Accessing the home was easy. The home was clean. The neighboring dog barked for 2 hours straight. Whoever was in the house before us filled the garbage can outside of the laundry room door with shellfish, it was not emptied, and it was rotten. stunk horribly, to the point where we could not use that entrance to bring our dogs in and out of the home. Otherwise we had an enjoyable staycation. ”
