“Rocks Cabin was the perfect place to celebrate a quiet & cozy birthday. The location was great and the beach views are amazing. Watching a couple early spring storms roll in, snuggled up by the wood stove, with a glass of wine and a good book was just how I wanted to celebrate. And my doggo loved walking down to the beach to investigate all the good beachy smells. Thanks for making sure we had a doggo specific towel too ( for after he took a little splash in a mud puddle!) I will 100% be coming……

“Beautiful, clean and updated unit nestled in a perfect beach location with ocean sweeping views. We enjoyed our weekend of razor clam digging. The property features a clam station where we were able to clean our clams and then enjoy the backyard and fire pit. We will be coming back again soon!”

“Such a cute little home! It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The walk to the beach is so short and safe; was able to lug beach chairs and drinks with no issues. Had the best time watching the sunset! Highly recommend.”

“Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Sandy’s beach house and truly wished we could have stayed longer. The home was comfortable, clean, and really well stocked — from kitchen tools and linens to all the everyday essentials that make a stay easy and relaxed. The beds were super comfy, the game room was a hit, and the layout worked perfectly for our group (5 adults, 1 preschooler, 1 dog).The location was great, and the directions to the beach were clear and easy to follow. “Beautifully decorated, quaint oceanside home within walking distance to the local espresso, antiques, restaurants, shops & State Park with easy beach access. “Reading former reviews, hosts have improved much, and is a very pleasant place to stay if you’re ok with older/rustic beach cabin. We loved it. Communication was off. Booked asking for tips on clamming. (Never been.) No response. First day question about turning off hot tub at night (next to a bedroom window), and got a polite response that didn’t work. Turns out, didn’t wake the occupant anyways, so…Sent about 4 more messages covering various things: Hot-tub was dirty/sandy until we put more……

“Everything was top notch. We were able to check-in early and check-out later than normal which was a huge bonus. Communication was excellent. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and everything worked. The view of the water was amazing and super easy walk into town. Would stay again!”
