“We found the place because it was close to the venue of a wedding we were attending. It was super cute and spacious. We stayed with 3 kids and the beach chairs/toys were lovely to have. Everything at the property was well labeled and little bonus snacks and extra sunscreen was great. The property owner lives upstairs and is super responsive with any question or concern. She even sent us a little note when a large rainbow appeared over the ocean one day! ”

“We enjoyed our rustic stay at Oceanview. Accommodations were just what we needed for this vacation. Visiting from Oahu, we wanted something away from city lights and this was perfect. The host was so nice and informational as we were notified when the volcano erupted so we were able to witnesss that spectacular event.”

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Such a great vibe and we loved the sound of the frogs at night. If we're ever on the Big Island again we will definitely stay here. ☺️”

“Beautiful gardens and lovely accomodations. Clean and colorful unit with everything we needed. Proximity to south point was great for partner to go fishing off the shore. No AC, but weather is cooler and great breeze coming through house. Evenings were filled with frogs singing. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay here again.”
