“This is our second time to stay here. We loved it, and came back because it was so quiet and comfortable, and such a beautiful place and view. The yurts are well equipped and clean. The elevation makes for comfortable cool, but not cold, nights. The central sky light is spectacular at night with so many stars. It is calm and quiet and beautiful with various flowers. But it is easily accessed from Kona South Point and Volcanoes National Park. If we get back to the big island again, we hope to……

“Beautiful & peaceful location on the big island away from the busier areas. Our host was very welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of a crackling fire every night. Large house with everything we needed and a very unique private yard setting.”

“My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. It fit our needs perfect. Very cute a cozy. We spent most days exploring the island and Mongoose Manor gave us a nice place to rest. Great relaxing views. It is a good central spot between Kona and Hilo, especially if you would like to explore both sides separately. Great experience all around.”
