“We’ve now stayed at this property twice and will continue for our annual Doggy Vacation (we bring our pup here every year…she LOVES the beach!). It’s clean, the perfect size and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. We love that it’s outside the main town; just a short, beautiful walk through the dunes and you’re at the beach…where most often, you have it to yourselves. No crowds, peaceful and wonderful!”

“We had a very nice time at Surfview 1. The property was really cool, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and we had a great time playing pickleball and hanging out in the hot tub. The pictures make the house look larger than it is, but we were ok as 3 adults and 1 baby with a couple dogs. The house was fully stocked with supplies, a pack n play and games. It was nice to have the game room separated so we could make some noise when the baby was asleep. There were some prickly thorns in the grass……

“What a lovely, clean, comfortable and well-stocked home. Great location a short stroll from beach, quiet neighborhood, a snap to enter. Kitchen had everything we needed, including serving dishes, baking items, small electronics. Beds and furniture were very comfy. Games galore for kids. Upstairs had its own lounge. TV is there. Downstairs bedrooms had their own. Lots of parking and clean windows (wow!) we’re big assets. Just a minor suggestion: more deck furniture and living room coffee tables……

“We had a great time at the beach house, although it is a little further from the beach than expected. The road to the beach is only 2 minutes away and that is where you can drive right onto the beach. The house was better stocked than any other VRBO I have rented and the game room was fantastic. The shed full of beach toys had everything you could think of. We enjoyed the home town flavor of Friday's Farmer's Market and shopping at the little stores. We would certainly rent this house again. ”

“Stayed July 3–5, 2025 with my wife via VRBOWe had a fantastic stay at Bolstad West for the holiday weekend. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home.……
