“Shocked how great this place was as its so cheap. Food was amazing at a fantastic price. Drinks at a pocket friendly price for a change. Wish you was local I would come all the time cheaper than a weekly food shop. Staff all great nothing to dislike love to see someone getting right for a change . ”

“This B&B was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, we stayed in the Nelson. Pillows and bed were very good. Cute little pub next door was a nice touch. ”

“Self check in, so no interaction with the staff, but detailed instructions were sent for parking and entry. Very cozy, clean single room with a mini fridge! Rare item to have in GB accommodations. I arrived late and left early so did not have a chance to see any other part of the building.”

“My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge. The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television. The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available. Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful. If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here.”

“Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely……

“Yes it’s a caravan park, but the purpose built pods are amazing. Everything you would need as a home away from home. A lovely stay for two nights. Felt safe within the park. Nice and quiet if you want the tranquility. The staff were friendly and very helpful as I had a very late check-in. Staff left instructions to find the key and directions to my pod. My only advice is to take your own bath towels or ask the reception to rent a towel before you arrive. Nothing worse than a long day of……
