“Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. ”

“This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight……

“Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.”

“Great location, just a few minutes walk to the nearest JR station and one stop from Shinjuku station. Within a few blocks, there are a few convenient stores. The property is very clean and well-equipped with everything we need. We stayed two nights there on Monday and Tuesday, and liked it so much that we decided to stay again on Thursday and Friday after returning from Mt. Fuji. The host is wonderful, she gave us a great introduction packet before our arrival with detailed instructions of how……
