“一家四口第一次住日式旅館(搭搭me), 感覺好好feel! 酒店位置方便適中唔難找, 距離淺草寺和旅遊購物區, 非常方便, 大街小巷中,唔覺得嘈, 環境乾淨和清靜, 而且附近有很多食肆, 不愁找不到地方醫肚. 因凌晨機關係, 晨甘早9點多就到酒店, 店長伯伯好好人, 先幫我地check in keep住d行李, 便可以去玩. 大熱天時晚上回到酒店房, 行李已經系房間等候, 而且超爽冷氣開放中, 非常體貼. 由於太倦, 錯過了早餐時間, 原本打算放棄瞓多陣, 但酒店員工打來提醒我地,想同佢話:放棄唔要, 誰不知他們由堂食改為房間到會, 而且還由店長, 店員和老闆3 人親自送餐上房. 四大份早餐份量完整, 還額外追加生果盆, 而且不另收費,......這樣的服務... 6 星酒店都未必比得上. 酒店2位店長(日班同夜班)英文水平高, 發音準, 溝通完全沒難度, 而且為人友善和藹可親, 唔會擺款.下次如行程許可會再次來住宿.”

“房間不大，但五臟俱全，外面有茶水間，共用衛浴，可自行挑時間泡湯，環境舒適。 店員只服務早上7點到晚上10點。”

“4人でも泊まれる部屋に、一人で利用出来たのでんびり過ごせました。一人で使えるならば又利用したいですね。”

“This was the smallest place we stayed with 5 (3 adults and 2 children) but met all our needs. The kids had the most fun here due to the video game set up (mario bros 90's and mortal combat) after a long day of walking. ”

“I went to Tokyo while my grandson is there for a semester as an exchange student. It was perfect for me alone. Might be ok for two light packer travelers. The stairs are rather steep, so for people with limited mobility this is not the best setup. Perfect location, and Ko is super fast with replies. I was also allowed to check out late, as my flight was in the evening- that was tremendously helpful. Definitely would rent there again. ”

“We loved it. 3 adults stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us, anymore would have been very tight. We slept 2 in the loft, one in the main living area. The rooms we very new and clean. Slippers, umbrellas, glasses, bowls, utensils, cleaning products, vacuum, a large bottled water, paper towels, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, charging adapters, cables, and towels, were all included. We loved our time in Shibuya and would absolutely stay here again.”
