“Nestled up on the way to Mt Minobu, it's close to Kuonji Temple and the Ropeway, which you can reach on foot (though there is a bit of an incline.) “酒店的老闆和職員都非常有善，有會說中文及英文的職員；入住時會有welcome drink，早上退房時也有咖啡。酒店的大堂和其他公共區域應該有經過翻新，十分漂亮，但畢竟酒店本身較有歷史，客房比較傳統，和室房間總有歲月痕跡。酒店樓高四層，沒有電梯，但職員都會幫客人拿行李。 酒店位在精進湖，一般都是自駕旅客入住，若是乘巴士前往，會比較不方便。房間正對精進湖，天氣好時可直接看到富士山。 附近很少餐廳，也很早關門，客人可自備食物。若是沒有提前準備，也可在酒店向職員購買冷凍食物、即食麵等。”

“No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs. No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house. Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay. ”
