“酒店地理位置非常好。一出小田原站向左邊行去商店街很快就到。酒店雖然不是好大，但是性價比還是很高。內裏有微波爐、飲水機、飲料機、可以免費自己補充凍水。 酒店周圍附近有很多食店，便利店，非常之方便。 價錢合理，如果再次於小田原旅遊，會再入住。”

“This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!”

“All the staff members are incredibly friendly. Although some of them had limited English skills, they made every effort to communicate effectively with us. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.”

“とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。宿泊者全員とても気に入っていました。 困った点といえば、事前の施設利用方法（鍵の暗唱番号含む）のお知らせが来なかったこと。 心配になって連絡しましたが、施設からはエクスペディアへ送っている、とのことでしたが、メールごみ箱なども確認しましたが、やはり見つかりませんでした。 どこかでフィルタされてしまったのか？ 施設の連絡先に連絡してからはとても丁寧に対応していただき、不安は解消されました。 ”

“服務，餐點，房間的景觀都非常好，溫泉也是。吃喝到飽的下午茶也提供了很不錯的酒精飲品與咖啡茶類。距離雕刻之森與Pola美術館也很近，很讚。”

“妻が妊娠後期でしたが、スタッフの方の気配りが素晴らしかったです。具体的に、食事や飲み物、荷物の持ち運びなど、妊婦に優しい対応をいただきました。”

“Incredible. Setsuko-san and the rest of the staff were amazing. The ryokan is beautiful and peaceful. Meals were among the best I’ve ever had, and they were so accommodating with my picky kids. The onsen are wonderful. Seriously, we can’t wait to come back.”

“总的来说酒店还是不错的。非常好的是室内就有温泉，公共温泉区域人很少。此外酒店非常有底蕴，看着就知道格调非常好。设施相对比较老一些，也是在预料之中。位置的好搭乘 Bus 可以轻松到达，坐登山火车 10 mins 之内可以到达。如果第二天到箱根车站坐车记得预留时间。”
