“Wonderful and friendly staff. The bed were very comfortable! Also conveniently located in Storm lake. Unique shopping and some dining within walking distance. Was not my first stay there, and I would definitely stay there again.”

“Ckin was super easy, room was clean. Room ac was very good and ceiling fan is a bonus. The breakfast was best l have had in ages. Waffles with lots of jelly and syrup. Fresh juices and milk in the fridge. Price was right and service great. Only comment is that the light on the ceiling fan was turned off and it is the only light that comes on with the switch by the door. Maybe put a longer cord on light or provide a tool so cleaners can reach it. ”

“Completely lied on the website horrible stare TV did not work bugs all over the rooms office smelled like feces Found a brown recluse, spider in the room, dead and like bugs laying everywhere customer service was far below par answered the phone saying what will never stay here again and I will tell everybody to do the same first room wasn’t even clean so I had to take a different room not what I reserved.”
