“Overall we had a great time. Definitely will be back. Location was great. Covered parking was a plus. The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. There is renovations going on during the week so it's a little busy. The only thing was the elevator not working at the time. So we had to carry our things up the hot stairs.”

There was some construction at the building but the condo itself was not affected. 2 pools on the property was definitely a plus for my kids. Private beach access was lovely. “Great Location, North Beach is beautiful and the view is awesome. Withing walking distance to the USS Lexington Museum, the Aquarium, food, drinks and entertainment. We spent most of our time fishing in Port Aransus and all around Corpus Christi with many fishing piers, jetties and surf fishing opportunities.Thanks,KS”

“There was a tropical storm Alber came in and a lot of flooding onto the property parking lot. The roads were closed and we were unable to get in or out. I informed staff that we were needing to leave in the event of an emergency And they tried moving us to Rockport which had even MORE flooding!! We were unable to get a refund so basically had to wait it out. Long story short be sure if there is any chance of a storm coming in to cancel otherwise it will be severely flooded in! ”

“This property is so cute! I loved it here. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. This property has its own access to the beach anytime of day or night. It is walking distance. Even though there is construction going on, you don’t hear it at all. As of right now there is no elevators so you do have to walk up stairs to get to the property. The owner was amazing. They set out a binder with food and activities in the area. Even had menus inside of it! Definitely made my trip so much easier.……
