We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise. ”
