“The best accommodation and customer service we've experienced in all of our European trip! Yanis and his team made sure everything was great. They offer a hotel pick-up service that is cheaper than Uber or a taxi. Yanis also waited for us at the car drop-off point and carried all our luggage through Santorini's stairs to the hotel. “We couldn’t be happier with this little Santorini paradise on our honeymoon! First, Anastasia our host was INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive any time of day. She helped us rent a car, look for a photographer, fix our heat and give advice on parking, etc. The location was perfect in Oia and very private with the most relaxing hot tub overlooking the beautiful caldera and ocean views. “I stayed 2nights in a 2bedrooms suite.Not a single windows in the suite as I saw in the picture. And you have to take a few steps from the door to have your sea view ( of course, no windows in your room so no sea view from the window lol) And you have to walk a distance from the bus stop/ parking area (and also “Main Street”) to the hotel. The road is quite slippery, I hurt my ankle before the trip, and I sprained my ankle again 😂. In fact most of the beautiful hotel in oia have the same issue,……
