“The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. But overall very happy with it! ”

“Niabelon Suites have everything you need if you are looking to stay in Oia, just outside the busy streets. The staff are welcoming and communicate clearly to arrange your arrival days before. The apartment we stayed in was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The sunsets were beautiful each night from our soaker tub.”

“Our stay at Maria's place was wonderful. Anna and her team looked after us so well, very knowledgeable about the area and made recommendations of where to eat and places to visit. Facilities are well maintained and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend it.”

“The property is a good size, however you need to be aware that to access bedroom 2, you have to go through bedroom 1. Plus bedroom 3, whilst tucked away, has no door so hears everything. There are only 2 sun beds (which came after we asked for them), but not enough for everyone. They were helpful at trying to resolve issues, however the property wasn’t as advertised. There is no hot tub. You have the property downstairs and someone else is upstairs.”
