“The best accommodation and customer service we've experienced in all of our European trip! Yanis and his team made sure everything was great. They offer a hotel pick-up service that is cheaper than Uber or a taxi. Yanis also waited for us at the car drop-off point and carried all our luggage through Santorini's stairs to the hotel. The Cave house is impeccably clean, organized and very aesthetic. They also ensured the hot tub was cleaned and warm whenever we used it. The view from the hot tub……

“The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. But overall very happy with it! ”
