The location and facilities were great, but what made us feel really special was the way Sandra and the team made us feel like family. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful: we had a million random requests from booking activities to dealing with mosquito bites, and they solved literally everything! “My husband and I had a great experience with our stay at the lovely Bougainvillea! The staff decorated the room for my husband's birthday and a gift on the first day! The staff was friendly and helpful with booking tours and getting us transportation. The food at the restaurants were pricey but convenience comes at a cost! The beach was not swimmable to me with the harsh waves and the extensive amount of seaggrum or seaweed... Not sure what it is called.... However, that did not take away from……

“We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Liam greeted us, showed us around the property and our condo. He was easily available during our stay and answered all of our questions. The condo was perfect and being right on the beach was fantastic. We were walking distance to all of the restaurants really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Nice inexpensive trip. However, could not enjoy the beach. Seaweed on the sand which the property management failed to clean up. Water was clear of seaweed but not the limited sand space. ”
