I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). “The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street.”
