“This place is not for everyone but I love it. I have stayed here multiple times and it's always been a great experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not much by way of added perks but a great place to get a good nights sleep and a nice shower.”

“What a beautiful place to stay. We loved how it was nestled in the woods quiet and beautiful views of the lake. Spectacular sunrise viewsFishing wasn’t good but we enjoyed sitting on the dock. So much to do in the area too. Wineries and breweries and shops everywhere We loved it !”

“Excellent stay /zero issues. It was great that owner allowed dogs I am happy to pay pet deposit but still don’t see where it says it is listed what that fee is ahead of time? It all worked out fine and she was very flexible with our change in arrival time. Would definitely stay here again and plan to in the future as it was perfect for us!”

“We thought the cottage was delightful and perfect for our family of 6 adults. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and patio area. We used the docks for tie up during the day and swam off of one of the boating docks when the Methodist camp kiddos were using the swim area for their activities. ”

“The cottage is adorable & the lake views are so pretty. It’s definitely very small, but we knew that & we appreciated that the small space allowed for a great value. Our family of four had a great weekend enjoying Okaboji for the first time & the cabin provided a great home base for our adventures. It is well stocked with all of the basics and was very clean. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! ”

“we booked 3 rooms for us/kids/grandkids so we could enjoy a quick trip to experience Okoboji. the accommodations were great - easy access to each other for shared fun but also separation for sleeping. will definitely consider staying again!”
