“The check in was terrible. But customer service was very professional and helpful and responsive and helpful with clear up the problem. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and clean. Everything was nice and clean in the room. tv worked great. Overall my stay was good ”

“Tried to get a better room( room was noisy, had no working lights) but second room had water flowing from the ceiling! No hangers and no tub stopper : window open and couldn’t close it. Had to move back to 1st room!!apalling ”
