“Great location, just steps from the Connector to downtown Cincy. Room was nice and the bed was super comfy. Communication with host was excellent, very accommodating. Balcony saved us from evening rain and allowed us to sit and enjoy the warmer weather!”

“For the money, reasonable. Nice floors, fixtures, comfortable bed, linens. Couch not a good sleep, neighbors / neighborhood noisy, faint smoke smell. Bedroom a/c always ran which made sleep easier. Rest of apt ran a little hot. Needs painting but on its way up. ”

“Needs a bit of a refresher in some areas: microwave didn't plug in where located, Rug was coming up in the living roomtv is very scratched. ”

“Parking was very limited and street parking and surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The unit itself was great. One of the two elevators was not working. While the unit was clean the elevator and lobby were sometimes dirty. The faucet in the bathroom sprays really badlly”

“We enjoyed our stay, check in was easy although there was some confusion with another couple who was apparently told that they were staying in our unit. Beds were comfy and we had what we needed, plenty of parking and no noise issues. A few mild inaccuracies from the photos, the bedrooms are not carpeted and the black chair in the living room was not present. There's not really enough comfortable seating downstairs for 4 people. We only had 3 so we were able to make it work. I would stay……
