“Seth’s place was conveniently located for a short trip to Cinci with my friend. Seth provided very detailed instructions for check-in and out and was quick to respond to messages. My friend and I both have small babies and were able to use the house as a clean home base to come back and rest after our activities for the day. We were also very grateful to have driveway/easy street parking to unload and load the babies as we came and went. ”

“Exactly as pictured, place was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom is bigger than most VRBOs. Small kitchenette, only used the fridge so cannot speak to any other amenities in the kitchen. Would stay here again as the location was quiet and convenient to where we wanted to go.”
