“You had to park in a garage and needed to call the front desk to have the elevator sent to the garage if you didn’t have a room card to summon the elevator. Laundry machines were cheap. They overbooked so we couldn’t get the room we reserved. We were given an upgrade at no extra charge.”

“Clean, neat comfortable stay. Just an overnight stop on a longer trip but I would stay here again. Very good breakfast.”

“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”
