Very poor communication and locking the door.
"When leaving, I tried locking the door by putting in the code and pulling the door shut. I did not realize that there was another step to lock the door. Therefore, there was a lock on the door inside that I locked and shut the door there were no instructions on how to use the keypad And when we arrive ..."

"A little tricky to find the house but overall a cute, cozy stay. One pillowcase had hair on it, and the pull-out couch my daughter slept on was very uncomfortable. Apartment was clean. We didn't use the outdoor space, but it was lovely."
