“Beautiful property; perfect for hosting an out of town wedding party, and having a "after rehersal" reception. There were a few issues. There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut……

“This is a very conveniently located home in Broken Arrow and to nearby Tulsa! While we only used the master bedroom-very comfortable king sized bed- there are 2 other rooms with a queen and the other with 2 singles. We really enjoyed the “cozy” living room! Very comfy couch and a wonderful leather chair with ottoman (which we moved to watch the good sized smart tv) other chairs as well! The small deck out back was comfortable- padded couch and chairs. “House was perfect for what we needed”

“Very nice property with large spaces for different activities. The game area was great for the younger kids. Furniture in first level was very comfortable for TV viewing. Kitchen was well planned for multiple cooks. Bedrooms(7) were great especially with adjoining bathrooms. Decks were really nice with great views of the lake. Only problem was the hot tub was not working properly ( heater) only about bath temp.”

“Booked the property as a team building weekend for an OKC nonprofit officer group. It was the perfect amount of space. The driveway is a little steep so if you’re coming in winter like we did, snow chains are a good idea for getting out of the driveway and back up the steep hill to the road. But that wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to messages. ”

“Over all it was a very good stay. The house was as stated in the listing. It was clean and stocked with everything in the listing. The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. He got me what I need and everything else went very well. He may have been having a very busy day and lost track of time. ”
