“We picked the coldest night of the entire year to stay in the treehouse. We did not look at the weather and come prepared with appropriate clothing and we're freezing. The property attendant went out of his way to bring us a new space heater for the space which definitely took quite a bit of the chill off. We enjoyed our timer on the campfire and you will too!I suggest bringing”

“The tents were nice and my kids loved the kittens on property. Having fans and A/C unit in tent was helpful but it was still blistering hot in the tents going when we did. But, we enjoyed our stay and would come again (when it’s not so hot 😜)”

“This may have been a ok place if there hadn’t been rain, but I won’t stay again. When we arrived the tent was wet inside in many locations. The table with the outlets was plugged in and there was water all over it. The floor had multiple puddles and the bed was wet. We ended up driving to hot springs to find a hotel cause we couldn’t sleep there. I sent a message to the host the evening. “I was able to check out several options at this location because I traveled with a couple of Geology students. I stayed in the Clear Quartz tent which was great and was spacious enough to have the others join me for quick gathering spot, either on the porch or inside. The RV looked brand new and was closest to the river - I was pleased with this and Montana Cabin as options for students who came along. These were smaller in area, but perfect for just sleeping. ”

“We’ve been coming for Arkansas to visit family for over 20 years. This was probably our favorite place to stay. Loved the deck and river access. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen.
