Great location- close to Hot Springs and Caddo Valley for tubing. The host was very responsive via text. Bonus: The kids (and adults) loved feeding the cows in the pasture with supplied treats!”

“We spent two days with family, which included two couples, a father in law and a niece and nephew, all adults. It is spacious enough for everyone to have some privacy, but the common areas are large enough to accommodate everyone n for dinner or board games. One caveat: stop at a grocery store on your way in. There is very little nearby!”
