“We loved every single thing about Hotel Sorrento. Staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous. The food and drinks were amazing. The courtyard was my favorite place. Beautiful flowers. “The front desk clerk was extremely welcoming, and the room itself was pristine with a cozy bed. However, I found the bathroom to be rather basic, lacking in features. Specifically, the shower area lacked proper boundaries, leading to a slippery bathroom floor after showering. This made it inconvenient and potentially hazardous when using the toilet.”
