“Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. “Stayed for two nights and was very pleased. Everything was clean and the front desk friendly. I did not get to try the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. I did have dogs which I love being able take with me on trips and there were plenty of grassy seas to take them for walks. Very handy access to highways and shopping. “Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my! Like sleeping on a cloud. I have family……

“I like staying here as it’s a simple but nice hotel. The staff is awesome! I had left a painting behind and they saved it for me. There a few maintenance issues - but they are updating as they can. It’s easy to get to, I feel safe at the location and I like just being able to walk up to the door.”

“This is an older property, but is maintained nicely. My car broke down on the interstate heading back to Chicago. Management was accommodating by allowing me to check in hours earlier than what is normally acceptable. I can walk to the repair shop in just a few minutes as well as Chili's and mini-markets and a variety of other locations.”
