“We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and well taken care of. The pool was a huge hit and made for the perfect place to relax. It was also just a quick drive to the store and all the great spots in town, which made everything super convenient. The owners were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be booking again for our next trip to Santa Cruz!”

“I think this house is the best deal in all of Pajaro Dunes! It was spotless, well appointed, and the bathrooms have been updated, which is really nice in an older beach home. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. And the best part is that it has views of the farms on one side and the ocean on the other. I can’t think the owners enough!”

“Stayed with son and grandsons and we all loved it! Perfect location for the beach, mystery spot, boardwalk, etc. we did miss having a tv in the living room on the middle level but otherwise it was very comfortable and well appointed. There were no towels in The middle level bathroom but made easy adjustments. Wud def stay again!!!”

“The apartment was immaculate and nicely furnished. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with some pretty walking areas. It is connected to a large home’s garage and shares the driveway/ parking areas. Family lives in adjoining house, so doesn’t feel totally private. There are steep stairs to climb up to the apartment so if that is an issue- good to know. I was expecting a keyless entry. There are 2 attached keys in 2 separate lockboxes requiring combo codes to access the keys. Not the easiest……
