“Daniel could not have been more accommodating. Geographically challenged. Got here, Daniel stayed with me until I got into this adorable little place. Enjoyed my stay visiting my grandchildren who live near by. ”

“We loved the house. The setup was perfect for our family and everything was very clean. The area was nice and quiet and the flowers and plants growing around the property were well cared for. My only complaint is that the master bathroom had a very strong cigarette smell and nothing seemed to mask the smell. ”

“Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. ”

“Pleasantly surprised as it is obvious the owners are remodeling. Looks way better than the pix on VRBO. Bedrooms are all large. It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms. ”

“Access to the beach was close, however you have to purchase ticket in order to park at the designated area, unless you are walking. The surrounding area is pretty quiet. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Fitz Place! Wonderful location, great amenities, easy to access and good communication with the host. We had one issue and the host was very responsive and we were able to fix the issue with no further problem. Accommodated our party of 10 with plenty of space. Only down side….we didn’t have another day or two to enjoy this property!! Thanks for an amazing weekend!”

“Sean and Wendy are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and had good communication with us. Their home worked great for our staff planning retreat of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The home is well cared for, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nicely supplied kitchen. We appreciated the larger dining room table and family room that fit us all. Oh, and bonus - the sunsets were amazing! ”

“Spacious, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Accurate description and in great location near Safeway store and gas and easy access to freeways. Used this as the base for our daily trips to Pinnacle National Park. The outdoor patio has an excellent collection of succulents. ”

“We appreciated that you allowed pets. However, the dog doors were not able to be closed off. We found this to be unsafe due to our dogs could have gotten out. Thankfully, they are clueless dogs & don’t know what a dog door is. We improvised by putting cases of water bottles in front of the door to the garage to prevent them from getting outside. Also, the banister on the stairs is wobbly and could be dangerous if leaned on. We enjoyed the beauty of the area & was nice to be back on Hollister as……
