“Really cute apartment/hotel. Had everything we needed. Nice individual patio area. Rooms also came with a wagon with beach chairs/umbrella/tote bag in it that you could lug to the beach. Pool was small & clean. Short walk to the beach. Close to the Village; took the free trolley. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit……

“This is the best place to stay in Siesta Key and overall best place. Everything was very clean, the AC works so good specially during hot weather the room stays very cold. The bed was so comfortable and cleaned. This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Very sweet, helpful, and caring. “Great location! Loved the closeness of the beach and the private beach area was not too crowded. The townhouse was very comfortable had everything we needed. Alex was very kind and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely loved Siesta Key!Request for two quick fixes: the master bed was quite squeaky and would be helpful to have that looked at. There was also an odd odor in the house, which we later discovered was the front load washing machine. ”

“We booked a few days to vacation with our family and best friend's family. The pictures don't do the home justice. Not to mention its close proximity to everything and the beach access directly across the street. We even got to watch storms a few hours off the coast from the balcony and roof top deck, and it was absolutely beautiful. We've already started looking at dates for next year, as we'd happily choose the home and its owners again. ”

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
