“Nice little apartment. 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 beach chairs and a tent/umbrella are. Didn’t expect that so we brought our own. Very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Not busy when we stayed in September. My only gripe would be that the parking for #3 is hard to get into/ out of. Would have been really hard if #2 was occupied. ”

“This place was exactly what we needed. Perfect location just a VERY short walk to the beach. Super comfortable for the two of us. The pool was fantastic. The village proper was a walkable distance but we used the trolley/shuttle a couple of times as the stop was right out front! Would absolutely return!”

“Could have been a little more clean, there was sand still around places. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick. ”

“This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet.……
