“My Mom and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. It is a quick walk to the beach and St Armand’s circle so you can park your car and walk everywhere. The owners do a great job keeping the locations clean and adding small amenities to make your trip nicer. It’s a great location for 2 people to enjoy the beach, but would be cramped if you had anymore.”

“Really loved staying here, it was exactly as advertised. The location is amazing- walking distance to the beach. The property was clean and the pool was lovely. Really appreciated the beach gear we could use. No issues at all. Thank you!!! ”

“Everything was really nice and clean. The only thing is there was no windows. But we really didn’t spend much time there so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The owner was very friendly and helpful with information on things to do and places (pool)”

“We loved this VRBO. Quiet area out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, but close enough to enjoy the city. The place was super cute and very clean. We had one issue, but Carmen took care of it right away. The pool area was wonderful. And we even saw dolphins in the canal!!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. It was close to the beach and there was a yummy bar and grill right down the street. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carmen!!!”

“We loved this studio! It was perfect for a short stay near the beach, which is about a 4-5 minute walk away. The unit was very clean with all the basics we needed, including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler—which was great because we flew in from out of state and didn’t have room to bring our own beach equipment. Host is communicative and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We loved the property. Location is everything. Condo was clean and decorated super cute. The host was responsive to our requests alsoThe only negative is the loud air conditioning. ”

“The check in is easy, the neighborhood is great but when you get into the room that you think is going to be cute it is far from it. When you first walk in a mold smells takes over your senses. There is mold starting to grow out of the AC vent, it was so bad that I had to put a fitted sheet over it and keep the balcony door open. We only stayed two nights out of seven nights because we ended up getting sick. When checking out I let the Carmen lady know about the mold, however I still have not……

“We decided to add a couple of days in Siesta Key to the end of a work trip. This rental was available and in a great location. Glad we booked. Super walkable, great pool, and the space had everything we needed. Could use some updating to feel cleaner. The hair dryer, for example, needs to be replaced or really cleaned. That said, we would likely stay again for the price. Overall a nice spot with very kind hosts. We would return. ”
