“Super nice area ”

“First off the owner is amazing very responsive. The condo units are a bit old but thie inside of the unit was emaculate. Everything worked great and we had everything right in the unit we needed. Right across the street from Publix and a place called Keke I think. The breakfast at Keke was awesome. The pool was perfect temperature. I will never stay ina hotel again. I will always VRBO”

“Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds.”

“Overall we really had a great time. The rental was a nice size for the 8 of us. Everything worked well and the view for balconies were stunning. Excellent communication with host. The community, private beach, pool, and beach bar were so convenient and fun. I only had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because the Wi-Fi was very in and out, the tv was a bit confusing to figure out, and the floors were kind of dirty. Not sticky or smelly, just dusty or sandy and there was nothing to clean them with.. ”

“We had a great time! The condo is very nice and spacious. Little Harbor is a real find, a gem with lots to do and a very family friendly place! ”

“The surroundings, beach, restaurants were absolutely amazing! Most of our time was spent off property at a trade show & with our local family however we did eat dinner the first night at Sunset Lounge & lunch one day at Hooks. Room had everything we needed.”

“This was a great place to stay. If I had to pick out anything that I think could be improved would be the TV to get local stations and the major networks instead of Roku. The host was very quick to respond to things answer any questions I had.”

“The surrounding area was great. Everything within walking distance. The room on the other hand was beat up. The whole building smelled like cigarettes. Light bulbs out in the bathroom, lot of scratches in the headboard. No box spring under the mattress. Dirty sponges under the sink. I would return to the area but not this listing or building.”

“My husband and i needed a place for the night. Instead of paying for a hotel we. stayed in this room at Little Harbor. The room was exactly as stated in the description.The bed was comfortable and tne owner was easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a place for a couple nights and plan on eating at all the great local restaurants, this is your place!place!placerestaurants this e place.I”
