“House is lovely & spacious. I would give a higher rating were it not for our initial interaction with the central management company. Upon arrival the pool heat was 72. Per the contract, in April it should be 80 degrees. The weekend management company staff were very uncooperative, stating we would have to pay for them to turn the heat to 80. They also stated a repair person would come on Sunday to correct additional issues. No one came. On Monday, the local staff immediately addressed……

“The property in the Siesta Key was amazing, as was our host Tammy. Communication was quick and easy. Our shower broke on our second day and Tammy got it sorted instantly. The beds are very comfortable and the house is extremely well stocked, as is the garage with pool and beach items. The only thing that we felt was lacking was a set of drawers to put clothes in, in the 4th bedroom. The bus stop outside for the Breeze and Frog bus was amazing for all of us, especially our elderly parents. We……

“We loved the location & the amenities the house had to offer. We would definitely booked this house again!! I messaged the owner's about empty propane tanks and they were filled within an hour. Great communication and speedy response! The person who came to get the tanks was also wonderful and super friendly. The biggest downside for us was only having 2 bathrooms and the location of them. When you have kids in the pool that need to use a bathroom your options are go into the primary bedroom……

“The house was a perfect location and the layout was good. The top level(4th floor) is the living/ kitchen area. So the 3rd floor (primary suite & other bedrooms) could hear everything on the 4th floor. Poor sound proofing. Elevator was great to have. Had to call once to get unstuck.But , maintenance came and showed us how to reset and also fixed the broken kitchen sink disposal. They also had to come and reclean all the floors. Our 14 month old feet and knees were filthy! The pool was unusable……
