“I initially wanted to give this place a lower rating due to the villa I rented on January 11 for an April trip was given to someone else. I found this out 2 days before we checked in! I rented a villa with a separate bedroom ,queen sofa sleeper and a full kitchen with oven. We needed the oven to prepare our Easter dinner that was ordered from Honeybaked ham. “We loved our stay here :) overall very clean! Amenities were plentiful in kitchen and for beach. Owner was very communicative. The pool was a little on green side but it was clean and warm .. “The pineapple house was one of the best equipped short-term rentals I've had the pleasure to stay in, and I've stayed in many. The house was impeccably clean, well stocked, and the outdoor space was fabulous. The hot tub and pool was a great treat after hours of playing golf in the Florida sun. “Good location to be close to airport and short drive to beaches. There’s lots to do in the area! We were a little frustrated when we arrived the pool was low on water so the pump had not been running. Had to have pool people and electricians there and didn’t get fixed until our last day. Pool guys did not do anything to clean besides dump chemicals so my husband was cleaning it and filling it with a garden hose so our kids could at least float in it. ”
